Meet Our Founders

Nanditha S

Nandhitha has over 15 years of experience across various senior positions in pharmaceutical sales and distribution. Some of her key responsibilities have been to develop strategy for regional product launches, leading a team for developing digital media content for Patient Support Program, Tele-counselling, Nutrition Counselling, and managing collaborative tie-up with national and MNC health care companies and institutions. She has previously worked as the Head of Business Unit responsible for managing online and off-line channels for domestic distribution and exporting of nutrition products, medicines, surgical products & bio-technology products. She is also experienced in new business development, charting MOUs, and collaborating with international organizations for global tie-ups and expansion. She also brings a hands-on experience on data analytics, pharma & biotech distribution, logistics, PSP Management, Field-force Data Management, Ad-pro allocation and CME Management with Health Care Professionals.

Sushma H

Sushma has been passionately involved in counselling for more than two decades across different sectors of the society in areas of nutrition, family therapy, maternal/pregnancy counselling, geriatric counselling, adolescent counselling and grief counselling. She conceptualized the Patient Support Program, patient counselling and family therapy at NSM Biotech. She counsels underprivileged patients and has been in the forefront for counselling concerned patients & citizens during the Covid-19 pandemic. Sushma has a Post-graduate degree in Psychology with specialization in Children Psychology.
